Our history
We embarked on the home brewing journey out of love for beer and the diverse world of flavours and aromas it offers. In 2019 we opened our small family brewery a few kilometres from Lovech, to share this adventure with you. We prepare our beer in a traditional way, yet with an innovative spirit, improving old recipes and experimenting with new ingredients.
Our beer
We produce our beer in small quantities, using natural and selected raw materials. We aim to preserve the nutrients in hops and malt in the production process and do not use additives. In addition, we do not pasteurise our beer, which retains all the useful properties of the final product. In our range you can find both classic styles and experimental recipes.
